Melin Homes was created following the merger of Gwerin Housing and Esatern Valley housing Association. Melin has been providing good quality, affordable homes for single people and families of all ages and abilities since 1979. We now manage over 2800 properties; providing a range of houses, flats and sheltered homes for the elderly in Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Newport and South Powys.

We have an active new home building programme which helps us meet the growing need for rented accommodation. We also have a programme of assistance to those trying to own their own home for the first time and deliver sustainable housing solutions by working in partnership, seeking to continually improve, encouraging creativity and valuing its customers.

Newport Housing Trust is an innovative and dynamic specialist housing association now its 5th year of operation, following a small scale voluntary stock transfer of some 500 prefabricated bungalows in March 2001. Its key objectives into the future are to build on the success of the largest single housing regeneration project in Wales and to continue to offer Housing Solutions for the over 60s, promoting both independence and choice within the community.

Seren Housing and its Members are not for profit organisations, providing housing and support services to over 10,000 people in over 4,500 homes, with offices in Newport and Abergavenny.
The Seren Group is a regional provider of housing and support services throughout South East Wales. Our approach at Seren is one of regional perspective with a focus on local priorities.
Seren's Purpose is to "provide housing, support and other services which make a positive contribution to the wellbeing of individuals and communities".

providing care and support services for people with disabilities and other needs.

providing accommodation, training and support for single homeless people.
